Hello, and welcome. I’m Annette Sloly, a Senior Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Performance Anxiety Coach with over 14 years’ experience.
I help adults manage performance anxiety, social anxiety, stress and pressure so they can think clearly, feel more in control, and function effectively when it matters.
I work with clients in Bristol (Clifton and Queen Square) and online across the UK. My approach is practical, compassionate and nervous-system-informed, combining evidence-based psychological strategies with body-based regulation techniques.

I offer personalised, collaborative support, helping you build on strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and develop practical ways to respond more effectively under pressure. My approach draws on Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, performance psychology approaches, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation.
