Hello, and welcome. I’m Annette Sloly, and I help adults manage anxiety, performance pressure, and self-doubt so they can think clearly, feel more in control, and perform at their best in high-stakes situations. I am a Senior Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Performance Anxiety Coach, BA (Hons), DSFH, HPD (CNHC, MNCH Reg), with over 14 years’ clinical experience specialising in social anxiety, performance anxiety, fear, and stress.
