Hello, and welcome. I’m Annette Sloly, a Senior Clinical Solution-Focused Hypnotherapist and Performance Anxiety Coach with over 14 years’ experience.
I help adults manage anxiety, stress, fear, social anxiety, public speaking nerves, performance anxiety, workplace pressure and self-doubt so they can think clearly, feel more in control, and perform at their best.
I work with clients in Bristol (Clifton and Queen Square) and online across the UK. My approach is compassionate, practical, and nervous-system-informed, combining evidence-based psychological strategies with body-based regulation techniques.

I draw on Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Coaching Approaches, Mindfulness, Nervous System Regulation and Body-Based Techniques, Counselling, and related therapeutic approaches.
